When our son was born with a rare condition that required a special diet I became a home cooking queen. These are all the cake pictures I could find that were requests from our children. The cakes and frosting are all from scratch and can be made low sodium. I also make the most amazing faux fondant from marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar for each of these cakes.
